Shall woman have the abortion rights? There are two opposite views and attitudes on the question. No matter which side you stand by, it triggers a great debate on the issue. Instead of abort the pro-life at will, I approve that woman can choose to abort her embryo after her consideration.
However, could we define abortion as murder? Look upon the other two articles. One shows the reasons of abortion, and the other reported about the march about women who strives for their abortion rights. Both articles told people that women are struggle to get the right of choosing whether they should abort or not through their careful thoughts.
I believe that there must be several factors for a mother to abort her baby. If the government restricts women’s abortion rights, what can these mothers do when they could not afford to keep a child? Do these mothers have to abort covertly in illegal clinics? It may damage women’s health and become a greater problem to the society.

I believe that there must be many difficulties for a mother to make the decision of aborting her baby. If the government restricts women’s abortion rights, what can these mothers do when they could not afford to keep a child? Do these mothers have to abort covertly in illegal clinics? It may damage women’s health and become a greater problem to the society. Misunderstanding often happens when people forget to think for others. Women are the protagonist of the problem. If people could stand by women’s side and try to respect every woman’s unique situation, maybe the problem would not trigger such a great dispute.

Some societies ban abortion almost completely while others permit it in certain cases. Such societies usually lay down a maximum age after which the foetus must not be aborted, regardless of the circumstances. At various times some of the following have been allowed in some societies:
abortion for the sake of the mother's health
including her mental health
abortion where a pregnancy is the result of a crime
such as crimes like rape, incest, or child abuse
abortion where the child of the pregnancy would have an ' unacceptable quality of life' such as cases where the child would have serious physical handicaps, serious genetic problems, serious mental defects.
abortion for social reasons, including:
poverty,
mother unable to cope with a child (or another child),
mother being too young to cope with a child
abortion as a matter of government policy
as a way of regulating population size
as a way of regulating groups within a population
as a way of improving the population
Most opponents of abortion agree that abortion for the sake of the mother's health can be morally acceptable if there is a real risk of serious damage to the mother. Abortion for social reasons is usually least acceptable to opponents.

A substitute for contraception
Some methods of contraception in fact amount to abortion during the very earliest stage of a pregnancy. The section below only deals with abortion after the first week of pregnancy.
Some societies have used abortion as a substitute for adequate provision of contraception, or quite deliberately to regulate population size.
In 1965, a United Nations Conference on World Population in Belgrade said that abortion was the chief method of birth control in the world at that time.
Most western supporters of abortion rights do not support abortions carried out for such reasons - or at least not as explicit public policy. However some doctors do argue that abortion should be part of a country's contraception policy. They say that a society that believes that people should plan their families must allow women to end unwanted pregnancies, in order to deal with failures of birth control.

Some ethicists dislike the argument that abortion should be allowed where the baby, if born, would suffer from physical or mental handicaps. They say that allowing this as a reason for abortion is offensive to disabled people; because it implies that they, and their lives, are less worthwhile than the lives of 'normal' people. And some people with disabilities that could be put forward as grounds for abortion argue that they would much rather be alive than have been killed in the womb.

Abortion has been used in the past to stop the growth of population groups, or racial groups regarded as genetically 'inferior'. This is now regarded as a most serious breach of human rights and a criminal act.

According to the videos I found, Obama, the candidate for president in America, thinks that abortion is about women’s right, and the law of limiting abortion would influence, even harm women’s rights. Abortion：A serious challenge of Morality
Nowadays abortion seems to be more and more common. However, is abortion just an issue about woman’s right? Absolutely not! Abortion is not only an issue about woman’s right, but also a serious challenge of morality. September is so-called “a month of abortion” in Taiwan. Many teenage girls become pregnant accidentally during the summer vacation, so whether they should abort or not become a tough choice for these girls. Basicly, I do not support woman to abort their little baby at will, only if they do have a careful consideration. They still have the right to decide whether to keep the child or not.
In a news report of Yahoo news online, it mentioned that an Australian state, Victoria, was about to pass an abortion bill which give woman the sole choice of whether to terminate or proceed with the pregnancy. Currently, woman there can abort only when doctor thinks pregnancy would harm the health of the mother. Another report of BBC radio said that one in four UK women have had a termination and the number is on the rise. The report also investigated people’s views about young girls’ pregnancy. Both reports have triggered great controversies.
Those anti-abortion group protest against the bill, because they think abortion is equal to murder. But on the other side, does woman have no rights to abort if she does not want to have a child? Does woman who get pregnant unexpectedly have to abort covertly?
Abortion does not mean to murder a little life at will, but a result of mature thinking. An embryo is also a precious life certainly; however, if the mother could not afford to keep a child and make her child grow up in a good environment, abortion might be the best option for her.
Instead of feeling regret to have a baby, it is much better to have a correct idea about sex, especially for those juveniles. Parents should tell them the serious consequence after having sex, and teach them to use condoms to prevent from pregnancy.
